I checked out the WTCT chart and like what I see. I looked at the 3 month chart and noticed the Bollinger Bands have been narrow since 12/15/2010. You can clearly see today’s closing price crossing the 20 day moving average. It is clear IMO we are moving up from here. The catalyst moving forward should be the positive news from today along with soon to be released news mentioned in today’s statement.
