I have taken the information from http://www.otcmarket.com
From what I understand should the TA be correct as Guardian register and transfer.

Send an inquiry to otcmarkets.com with your concerns is my opinion, or just call the TA personally.

The former addresses of any of the old companies locations maybe shouldn't be taken as an absolute truth either, since it's in hindsight been shown that the old CEO Greg wasn't trustable to say the least IMO.
