Yes, Klinkerhoffen, you are absolutely correct.

I have looked at John’s LinkedIn page dozens of times. There is no revelation here, as described below.

John and MMTC can make any arrangements they want, as long as John fulfills his obligation as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, with whatever duties they have agreed this would entail. We see with our own eyes what he does (speaks for the company in PR’s, conducts Webinars, coordinates with OSIS, etc.) Small companies do not adhere to strict W-2 employee arrangements, where everybody comes in from 9 to 5 and sits at a desk all day.

THIS IS A TOTAL NON-ISSUE THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MMTC’S FUNDAMENTALS.

If we allow an ill-informed poster that, as you so aptly put it, is “Shooting around blindfolded and … [hoping to] hit something,” for some strange reason, then we are moving off the focus of MMTC and its prospects, and engaging in “funny-farm” stuff.

The future is uncertain, but let’s at least try to stay real with our research.

I did not say anything suspicious - but when people talk about all the effort they are putting into THEIR company - that is incorrect. Also, there have been references to the mgmt working so hard to hard sure their shares pay off - while Ricardi may in fact be a share holder - he is neither an insider not a major holder.

Did you know he was not an employee before i posted that? I hope you did.
