I simply cannot imagine how any CEO wouldn't be scrambling to get this handled because they too know that the greys will inevitably mean a slow death.
C'mon, whoever's running this company--any idea who that may be?--didn't know better than to avoid telling the kind of lies that would attract the SEC's attention. He doesn't seem to know much about anything.
The TA today had me scratching my head a little too as he seemed pretty laxed in my opinion.
Empire is a pretty large outfit. They handle tons of companies, and probably don't give a lot of thought to what's going on with any of them.
