No I didn't say that Capstar is the company, but from what I understand did he check that up a few days ago, how those preferred shares are being handled during a transition of this kind.

Your purpose here is still to save us? Tell me, why are you so eager to look after some random investors on a message board if I may ask? We're all adults and able to take mature decisions on our own whether we like a company (end therefore invest in it) or not.

Sure, your suggestion on actions bear weight and should be taken seriously, but since you from the beginning have had an appearance to convince us in practically every post that this is a scam/screw-up/whatever (not in those words necessarily, but the way you put up things speak for itself) makes me wonder what your purpose here is?

If you don't like what's lying before you with AMSZ, why don't just move on? Why try to save us from ourselves?

I have just E-mailed Mr. Talbert asking information on when the Preferred shares would be able to be traded. I hope I got my #'s correct on the preferred shares and my question comes off professional enough to get a response. Below is my E-mail I just sent off.

I am sure you are being flooded with questions pertaining to Reverse Merger and Organic Plant Health. I apologize for adding to this.

I am looking at taking a position in the Company.

My question is regarding the current Preferred shares. (I believe it's around 160,000,000 Preferred Shares, please correct me if I am wrong on the #'s)

I was wondering if you can tell when the Preferred Shares would be able to be traded on the open market.

There appears to be a bit of confusion regarding this.
