I would imagine the distribution cost/case when you're delivering 100 cases is much better than when you're delivering 2. I'm taking about what the distributor charges DKAM (or pays DKAM for the beer). The distributor's cost doesn't concern me.

And slotting fees can be huge costs for small distribution, though from what I've seen, the beer wholesalers have so far been pretty successful in keeping them out.

Correct, unlikely any cost of delivering just a few cases, especially to DKAMs bottom line.

I think the margin to DKAM per six pack is 10-20 cents though. I also think that you would be lucky to see 5,000 per state, let alone per distributor.
