The biggest mine in North America.
That is saying something but you seem to write it off very quickly. We are trading at nearly .04 cents per share and we sit with claims adjacent to this mine with supporting evidence that we might hold equal or greater mineral assets. This IS a speculative play with a lot of solid supporting evidence that says we have something of major value. If we prove out and it's anywhere near the assets within pebble the return is going to be astronomical. You cannot argue this.
What don't you get here? It's not going to blow up overnight without news. If news does hit the wire, whether it's the JV or something else (perhaps relating to our uranium claims) then it's going to run. Otherwise it's going to stay within current range where someone could make a decent return on the swings.
Given that we now have cash and have our claims paid for by NAK there are essentially a couple worst case scenario's. 1. The JV falls through. Currently NAK is spending money retaining our claims and doing exploration. The risk of this happening is mitigated based on these facts and there's not one reason to think this will happen. 2. Our assets don't prove out once we drill. Again, we've said from the beginning that one must believe in ZTEM technology if you want to buy into this company. It's funny how suddenly NAK and Pebble Partnerships are conducting ZTEM's over JV claims (both ours and Full Metal Minerals). Freeport McMoRan uses these surveys extensively. It should be a trusted technology.
If the assets prove the JV goes forward. No question. If you don't believe the ZTEM or you think Northern Dynasty is spending money for no reason... if you really do believe that then you're probably better off sitting on the sidelines. Otherwise this is a sit and wait opportunity. Buy what you can afford and wait to see how this plays out. The reward far outweighs the risk at this point. That's not something that could have been said 6 - 7 months ago.
