By saying naked shorting, it actually measn shorting shares that you do not own. If the shares cannot be delivered with the 3 days settlement period, then it is considered 'fail to deliver'. Am I right?

There's an intense shorting today. But given the market wide downturn, if this shorting can cause some weak hands to follow, then the pps can go much lower, and then short can cover at low, and keep doing this with out triggering the RegSHO~~

I guess that it all depends on CCME longs... if none of us sell... then short cannot afford this... they will lose their shorts in this game.
