Well there is plenty of time to announce something before 1:30 or tomorrow in Merck's cas. LXRX announced some data last week but will fill in the blanks at 1:30 today. Merck could release some presss about RIDA. Who knows.

Though I agree with you that the details of Phase 3 will be announced at a scientific conference, Merck may announce that they have filed a new drug application for Rida.
