According to their Attorney:

Aaron Joshua, a Certified Public Accountant for the past 12 plus years

The Attorney was actually suspended for 3 years back in 2001 for email fraud in which he plead guilty...

Now why would an Attorney lie about someone's accounting credibility when it can't be verified.
