I have NO! desire to RE-HASH my position on the merits of the JV. I have WELL! documented the QUESTIONABLE! details all through my posts here.

I NEVER! once claimed that SPPI is a scam, BUT! I did question WHY SPPI would choose VPRO(BROKE!) out of ALL! the "higher-cap" CRAMS out there that are MORE! established(and it SHOWS! on their balance sheets).

I ALSO! question the relationship between an SPPI "Board Member" that has ties back to the SAME! town in India where Intas(Controlling shareholder of VPRO) is located... Kick-back?, Favor?, you tell me.

YEAH, I like to turn EVERY! rock and what I discover(FACTS!) are not to your liking..then that's YOUR business, but I sure MANY! more ppl are INTERESTED!
