If you look at the agenda for the shareholder meeting on the 14a it says that the first item is a vote to increase the AS from 33 mill to 100 mill.

So if they are voting to increase the shares by 3x why would the RS the stock wouldnt it bring it back down to the current AS level or am i just wrong about that? Trying to understand how that would work.
