Issuing shares to an employee???? That hardly qualifies as "issuing shares to
pay for corporate expenses" which you asserted in your post that HDVY is doing.
Well, so far you have added absolutely no facts to support your point.
If you cannot be factual about your assertion, then what is your
point?

Please make your point if you can. I await your answer.
If you cannot support your point with facts, please just say "No, I don't have any facts" if you do have some fact, then "say YES and provide the facts, but please do not use stock options to Dr. Abitar, an employee, as an example of the company issuing shares to "pay for corporate expenses".
