Mail order is the way to go. No infrastructure (brick and mortar) and lower overhead. Also, with the technology boom of the late 1990's, many common folks are getting these things called computers, and they are saving time and saving money buy shopping on-line. So actually, mail-order is really not the correct way to be running a business. Hope HRNF is looking at this on-line thing! Could be huge for them!

Also, vurtual company. Something to look into. Very beneficial in many many ways. But that is another topic.
