I have learned a few things in 22 years of detective work..one of them is: if you dress like the locals whether it be prep or in this case grungy, and drive what the locals drive whether that means a Audi A8 or a rusted 1990 Chevy pickup, you can learn a lot. Talk to the gas station clerk, maybe they have kin or friends working in them there oil drilling operations. Have lunch at the local tavern or cafe, same thing....best yet: Go to the local barber for a haircut, barbers like hairdressers know everything going on locally. Many more avenues available to get to the 'turth of the matter asserted."
