What I find interesting is that when the dilution slows down a little some posters look at it as positive that Eric is finally getting things under control, but then we get a big dilution and the same posters try to make that look positive that it might mean a big positive announcement is coming. Lot's and lot's of speculation but that's all any of it is. One this is sure and that is that for whatever reason the stock is constantly being diluted. Maybe the coming earnings aren't going to be as pretty as some expect or are hoping for.

I think its to build inventory for Duane Reade and an ad campaign to support the launch in nyc.

If Eric is diluting 100,000,000 million shares NOW that sure wouldn't indicate that he has plans on releasing any very positive news in the near future.
