I have no doubt that the email is real. I spoke with him on the phone. Having said this, He is not listed as a director of the New Company on any filings. Just a website which is outdated. Also He told me that he was an advisor for the company, so there is some relation. Whether he's telling us everything or not is yet to be seen. I have confirmed that several of the others listed are in fact involved here. We will have to wait and see where this one goes.
anyway all emerging companies must update their information a soon is possible ..... I contacts to the company and I wait for answer soon....we have the last 2 8-K so....we need time
