Why don't you start your DD with the IR (Gary) of the company, instead of this message board? I have emailed Gary, at least 6 times this week and have received an answer for all my emails.

This information is to a certain extent available. No company discloses every single step of their day to day operations. It is usually available on at minimum "A need to know basis" simply owning a hand full of shares in their business is not going to give you access.
