ZSTN: Really hope its only a headscratcher and they end up not doing this. Its still gonna sting quite badly though.
Its just hard to understand moreso now, in the midst of the CGS allegations and hell, the SEC itself news about getting involved...just cannot fathom the line of thinking here. Understand cultural differences could exist but where the hell is the common sense here. They have to know this cannot be good.

You already have a scorecard system that could be a building block or basis for what is being discussed here ? I would think that could be tweaked with some of the criteria you listed on this post.
