There are many theories...
For example: did you see 5.000 shares trades?
Signs between Market Makers, in this case to make it run... True or not... it's a theory...

During the time AGEL was secretly doing a deal with Ault (and misleading us about a bank JV) we had an unprecedented amount of black volume. IMO - those were shares changing hands. However, I am not 100% sure. Normal buyers and sellers on this board were not a part of that volume because they were not filling our orders. The black volume we saw was something completely out of reach both in our trading and in our knowledge. But there was a lot of it and now there is a lot of it again.

It will take a lot more then massive black volume to get me excited.
