well.... there is a WHOLE BUNCH of info on the Hub regarding Bartel. Seems his hand has been in many plays. I've only just started to look around and it has gone to extremes. One company (SMPP) has an a/s of about 5B, and as you can imagine, it's a triple zero sub. Another company, AVIX, has an a/s of 500MM, and it's trading in dollars.

I'm gonna dig some more just to see what else I can learn, but at the end of the day I wonder if there is much that can be concluded about the future of APLN, since once he finishes the merger, I would imagine he is gone.

Now, all of the stocks that I looked at thus far have been pinksheets. That kinda makes me think that they will not be taking APLN straight to the OTCBB, but instead are going file a Form 211 with FINRA to become solicited.

I believe to do that they need audited financials and a market maker willing. Right?
