Here is a reply I received from Victoria on July 13 when I inquired on status of patents.
"[1] Nobody should be in a hurry to turn a provisional patent into a full patent because that means all the secret stuff is available to anyone who wants to look. Most tech firms continue to re-apply for provisional patents for as long as they can so they protect their technology but keep it secret."
