Well, obviously this is far from good news.

The way that ACT has been forging forward with the SMD/AMD clinicals, and pushing into Europe, makes me thing logically they must have resolved this licensing agreement with WARF and we are back on good terms.

How would I determine this?

I thought perhaps I could email Rabin, or maybe write a letter.

EDIT: Obviously would not bother with CEOcast for a question like this..
