OTCBB shows the 1/20 r/s ex date 6/3/05 and name change.

It may be that the o/s decreased to ~4mm and the merge out on 10/16/10 involved reissuing ~50mm shares to Bartel to gain control of the shell. Maybe for a nominal sum to Morton, et al.
