True that the SEC can't ignore their responsibility to the shareholders while still doing the necessary regulatory work.

I have to say I am not optimistic, and some friends (and foes, for that matter) may take a big loss. I wish both camps the best of luck.

I have never seen a stock get this much attention from so many people with so many agendas.

CMKX, I am wondering how bad the past record keeping has been and how deep these problems run. It does sound like the management is trying to prepare us for this.

Alas, I don't think that's a realistic hope. How can the company retroactively register some 700 billion shares of stock?

If they get through this, lose the influence of prior leadership (or lose it all together) better days will be ahead beyond that for sure.
