Takeover attempt is possible, but I don't think it'll happen.
Bottom line, my opinion is suitors are jockeying to be our next JV...in essentially competing for the opportunity to be part of this. With so many billions of dollars on the line, I'm only surprised that it didn't happen a lot sooner!
It's take Ray awhile to take out the trash, sweep up and set the table. Steak's on the way!!
