Noodle - exactly - these projects take time - usually planned at least a year in advance. 1) see the problem (they see them all over the system) 2) justify the expense 3) find the $$ 4) engineer the project 5) buy materials 6) build/rebuild line
Most projects engineered in the last year already have acsr or other non ctc wire in the plan. Energy bill will help speed up 1,2 and 3. If/when it passes we will see a ton of projects move in.
Noodle- can't agree with you more. China must test the product prior to ordering as it is the Govt. policy on any product that is put into the grid. Does anyone know if a test is in the works?? St
