Protrader,your argument doesnt work,the shares are restricted,that means they cant trade them for at least 1 year,and it is possible the agreement may specify a longer holding period with a maximum # of shares that are allowed to be sold.Without anyway to know what was in the agreement,we dont know nuch,except,a 1 year waiting period is mandatory.
