Yes, at first I was also thinking of it as a one-day momo play because of the incorporation filing, but DD made me change my game plan. This is not a company with mere "potential" and endless amount of shares to sell as the only way to make money.

They are a big company, used to be on NASDAQ, and their business and technical side is looking much stronger now. I have been sitting on the bid for days, since I missed the initial run up, but haven't had as much luck as I expected. So I guess people who got in are also waiting patiently.

I will definitely ask about SS, and will try to get a timeframe for an announcement, and will report the findings here :)
