There was another PR stating they would start generating revenues when marketing started at the end of 2011 I think. Im not going to find it for you but if you search this board someone posted it. Not to mention SPPI isnt their only client.
You're correct about revenues from this drug down the road, but there are 2 other acquisitions in the works. Financing is already secured. Other developments can happen and when they do the pps should react accordingly, hopefully holding new highs. This is a pink sheet sub-penny/penny stock and we all know these move on anticipation and hype of the "potential" worth of the the company, not actual net worth. I guess it all depends on how one wants to play or invest in it. I sure don't plan on holding this for 4 years.
