Thanks for the response, I am expecting news soon as well. I placed a couple of calls and am expecting a call back from their General Counsel on monday. Used to be on NASDAQ, big company but got hit be tech bubble burst, now they are doing really well and getting incorporated now when their business is booming, sounds very exciting to me :)
