According to his prior share purchases on 11/10,11/2010, Walsh submitted a conversion order of his $20k promissory note--at that point it hadn't been converted:

( 1 )Current exercise amount as of 10/20/2010 is 250,880 shares as conversion request has been submittted to company.
( 2 )Excercise date dependent on company issuance.
