What exactly is "untruthful" about anything I have said?

I would like a link and a direct quote pasted in the post showing an "untruthful" statement of mine.

I have seen a million postings like this.

"going out today", "in the mail", "nect week","we dont have the right address", "Gulf Oil spill postponed it" etc.

YOu will never see it.

I sure wish I knew what untruthful statements I made. Can you please tell me what they were? I only post things that have not happened. I have not received my due dividends, although they are probably not worth much. It is just the idea that this company promised me something that they have not delivered on.
Also, that the finaancials have not been filed for a number of years.

Non of these above statements are untrue, they are fact. But telling me I get dividends and not delivering them to me, is a lie.

Which one would you like to use?
