The 500K of shares might be to help push the research faster.
I think Kim did mention that they were going to speed up.
They've been pretty good over the years about not selling a bunch of shares. Kim has'nt sold any of his that I can see.
I'm not worried to much about 500k shares, long as it does'nt becomes millions per pop.

Go KBLB
Go Kim

I dont think the 500k shares are for the next advisor... although it is a possibility....

I talked on the phone with Kim a couple weeks ago for my report... when i asked him about compensation figures for Wendt and Kutsunai, he gave me quite a surprise..... they are working for free... no salary, no equity, 0 compensation. I have no PR or hard proof to show this, so call the investor line if you do not believe me and ask the same question.... but i have done my DD very thuroughly.

Both of these men have very healthy personal finances; I’m guessing, now, in their elderly years, Raymond and Henry are relatively unmotivated by pay – a salary is just another drop in the bucket. As business generals in their late 70’s, this may be their last fight. If KBLB is their closing act, they will go out with ovation.

FYI In 1991 Henry Wendt of Smith Kline Beecham was salaried at £1,800,000.... pounds not dollars...this guy has deep pockets.

Has anyone elses checked out Seven Hills Capital Partners? Its Wendt's corporate financing firm... if anyone has doubts about KBLB securing a much needed injection of working capital check out their site...

"7 hills provides financial advisory and corporate finance services to emerging and mid-capitalization companies. Since inception in 2001, we have completed more than 100 transactions for our clients representing approximately $3 billion in aggregate deal value."

There is money to go around.....

Speaking of which.... as an aspiring financier/starving artist and college student - if anyone would like access to all 67 pages of my report and extensive DD, i would be more than willing to trade my report for gift subscriptions to financial products and tools such as IHUB, the WSJ, StockCharts, etc... if anyone is interested in helping me out, shoot me an email at:

Im happy to send anyone my executive summary as well... i posted a version of it on this board a few weeks ago, but if you dont feel like digging, just send me an email. My 1 year price target has a mean of .42 cents with opportunities for significant premiums pending a buyout/spinoff option.... and in my opinion, this will happen much sooner than 1 year.

I love the markets, im a fast learner, great at math, a dynamic thinker, and a hard worker. If anyone knows of an employer looking for some young talent, please pass my email along... i am finding it very hard to compete on paper with Kat Chen's perfect 4.0 for the few entry level finance jobs out there.... im looking for any edge i can get, to show my future employer that i can apply the material better than my peers.... my 3.5 is only the product of my social lifestyle.
