0.0035 / 0.0003 = 11.67 times my initial investment. Well, that isn't bad though I do see it as a touch conservative. But I may be a bit overly biased at this point. And then again!

I just see PENNY LAND and have visions of a great company rising out of Northern California. Works for me!
