OK it looks as if the new HMGP MOD does not want to provide any information of this indicated HMGP Delaware Inc.

Here is what I know and or have found out:

> Date of Hemi Inc filing in Delaware April 9, 2009
> Listed directors are Keith A. Anderson and Craig I Anderson???? Have no idea who this is
> Authorized another 50,000,000 shares common & 2,000,000 shares preferred.

Hopefully for those that are still major HMGP shareholders, a shareholder will contact the TA to see what exactly KKA has done in Delaware.

Good luck, but IMO if the above is confirmed then it explains exactly why KAA went into silent mode.

And REAZO if you are out there, I still have clear images of you and I sitting in KAA's old Stockyard office in Jan 2009 and KAA pleaing how hard he was working to get the Hemi shareholders whole and you and I, at that meeting in Jan 2009, telling/ begging KAA its time to come clean and update the Hemi shareholders on the current status.

Well, IMO, was he working in Jan 2009.........for the plan that appears to have completed screwed the Hemi shareholder that he executed in April 2009.

All IMHO........ of course.
