Listen, you need to get a grip on this. It was a forward split. The high would be divisible by the factor of eight. You can not refer to any charting prior to September of 2009. The company had a 8:1 forward split at inception, then a 1:4 reverse split Sept 1, 2009.

This is a simple understanding here.
