You just had the SDVI certificate sent to you? or sent to island? Did they say how long it takes to mail it?

I am trying to do the DRS process with etrade. I had to do it in two batches, the first was sucessful, the second one was not and am currently trying to get things corrected with customer service

i was on the phone and the lady said there was a waived fee because this stock was on some approved list. I suppose the electronic DRS back list.
