Well, if they lied to us about one thing, they can lie to us about anything. And one thing I can tell you is whoever signed that document is the same person who was involved with the company before and after any so-called changes to the executive team.
HELLO. Look at the address on the form they file with State Dept of Floruda. I think thats Matthews' address -- they want you to think management has changed.
I disagree they are not out they simply restructured. they never announced they sold the shell to someone else they just changed some names around as they have done with the 4 or 5 other stocks they wrangle. once they release the PR stating the new EXCUTIVEs I am sure it will be evident. this is just my opinion for now though.
