My guess is we wait for Herbal Science to get paid


Then they have 5 days to turn over the patents. Then the next PR comes out. As Shot in his 4th PR in a row leaves out the words "Nutraceuticals" and "Pharma" as being part of the company, I believe that those patents will go to the control of someone else either in a total sale, or maybe a licensing arrangement with a lot of up front money. I prefer the later, but this kind of stuff is not in my league.

Maybe Short will surprise us with some unexpected PR's first, I in for that.

Oh and the Brazil PR was not unexpected, it was in the restructure button on Nov 22nd. But the public did not know about it. I don't expect too much out of the stock today, but nice start.

And I believe we will get Brazil to 200,000 tons. Yesterdays 8k was for phase 1, I think anyway after looking at the restructure entries on the 22nd on Z's website.
