actually CDIV headquarters is in the Hilltop district of Tacoma.
not known as an upscale area.

The headquarters of the bait shop where I live look better. Nice spot though. Street is busy and there's a furniture store across the way.

I wouldn't purchase stock in it though.

the church across the street from CDIV headquarters is of red brick. Presbyterian i believe. Built in the 1800's. Quite old for Tacoma. not in the best of condition.
