perhaps someone can clarify please..........the company has never mentioned going private........so where would the buyout come from? imo this could trade on the pinks ad nausea until its down to a penny.......if someone has knowledge as to why it couldnt i would appreciate it! the last time i owned shares in a company that went private......we were paid a nice premium..tia
