Bingo...which is why Americans need to gather a collect conscience and RID OURSELVES of the OTC and pink sheet markets forever. Either that or make deceptively practicing business on them so incredibly painful (starting with self directed shareholder class action suits, legislation to allow total elimination of corporate veil in fraud cases, liquidation of all personal property for damages in ALL 50 STATES and mandatory $1M fines, five (5) year jail terms on FIRST conviction...no parole) that the criminal activity ceases by itself.

When you have a huge vermin problem, you can spray poison around and kill everything in the area hoping you take out the vermin in the process OR you can eliminate what drew the vermin to the area in question in the first place. It isn't necessary to imprison every low-life lying dirtbag stealing from their shareholders on the pinks. In EXPH's case, just take away their ability to fund their grifting activities on the backs of their shareholders. Once they see they have to work for a living or actually run their business to make a profit they'll scatter like filthy cockroaches exposed to the light in search of other venues to take a free ride. Eventually eliminate enough of their venues, voila'...no more vermin. Well, no more vermin in the public markets anyway. I am certain JD Brown will always be able to find a place to con people so as to avoid having to actually work or make it on his own. Now, if there was only some way to lock up all the low-lifes that go out of their way to mislead others by SUPPORTING & DEFENDING the JD Browns of the world....IMHO.
