Blockbuster news comes out and after the dust settles the shareprice is actually lower than it was pre-announcement. But I'm willing to wager a bet that the market cap is higher despite the lower shareprice, if you get my drift..

Its so unfortunate because there's so much potential here. All the increased demand, though, is being quenched with brand new shares that materialize off of a balance sheet.

it's pretty clear that the reigns of this stock are held firmly by YA, not management.
NEOM is doing what it's supposed to do- business.
YA just controls LM et al like puppets.

perhaps they'll get that podcast tomorrow, when Ya finds more juice (sharehodlers to buy there freshly printed shares). price not holding now needs to stay above 10cents so it can dump those warrants at a profit
