must not be easily fixed since they are not issuing any PR before the first or second wk of February. Seems like if it was something that could easily be fixed, it would have been. I hope something is done so shareholders/investors don't lose interest or sight of FRMC.

Could it be possible that the company may have issued and have started selling shares to pay for the debenture.
