You do know that MCP's Mountain Pass was mined until 2002, I doubt there will be too many hurdles in restarting it but I guess ya never know...

This is almost a national security matter and I seriously doubt any local gov't official is going to have the power to get in the way here...

For what I gather, if it's magnets for wind turbines and EV drive trains, MCP won't be helping as much as GW will. This is why I chose to put my money in GW. I plan to hold onto this for years...
