I certainly wouldn't put it past him to purposely tank it to buy cheap shares and run it back up. He has done that many times before, but I don't think that's the case now. I believe the company has reached the end of the line and he is trying to save himself from prosecution by making it look as failed initiatives. I've said all along he has been looking for an exit strategy.
