I wonder what real TAX consultant would ever take someones word that a theft occured when there are no such reports. There are no claims for insurance, and there are no Police reports, but hey trust me something happened that caused the company to lose it's assets, you are just going to have to trust me on this...REALITY, THE COMPANY WENT UNDER BECAUSE OF POOR MANAGEMENT, that cannot be claimed!
You can claim anything you want, but no reputable/professional tax service will ever allow you to claim something that has not been reported or claimed.
