They have never filed a 10Q or 10K; they are not an SEC reporting company. They have filed "quarterly reports" and "annual reports" to satisfy pink sheets requirements for current information status.

It's better than nothing of course, but it's not an SEC filing.

I believe they have 45 days after the end of the quarter to file in order to maintain "current" with pink sheets.
