No he said they will dilute come June. And they will if they want to grow the business or even continue. No or little revenues coming in now so what is left for payroll and growing the business further. The big question is how much revs will the business they have NOW produce. Will be even enough for payroll for the next 6 months?
You are kidding right? How the hell do you think they will keep the company going without diluting in the future? That is HOW ALL sub-penny startup micro-cap pinky stock companies survive. That is a fact and not my opinion. Dilution will be coming in June or so without this company generating some serious incoming revenues and that is clearly a ways off.
